HOW WE OPERATE
We accept Solicitors' Instructions via email or post. Many of our existing clients have our Instruction Request Job Sheet incorporated into their operating system procedures, for ease of use.
Appointments to visit your client are arranged at the earliest possible opportunity and the completed instructions will be returned within 7-14 days (this is subject to client availability & instruction type). We appreciate the vital importance of early contact and subsequent appointment with the client.
All our services can be tailored to meet the requirements of individual Solicitor Firms' specific needs. Our aim is to provide an excellence in service and care to your clients.
We are aware that many of your clients will not attend your offices in person. We therefore understand that we are often the human face of your Company and that we have a responsibility to show professionalism and courtesy when speaking to and visiting your clients.
Legal Documentation (cfa’s, etc.), posted to clients for completion, can often appear complicated and confusing; often resulting in the client not bothering to return the documentation or even taking their claim to another firm of solicitors.
By using SOLICITOR ASSIST that risk is vastly reduced. We take the necessary time to personally go through documentation with your client and obtain any other relevant information, including photography etc., that may be required in support of your client’s case.
Our goal is to support the solicitor, personally assisting, reassuring and securing your client. We build on the rapport you have already established, over the telephone.
